Guilt is not the price for happiness

For decades of my life, anytime I did something for myself, I was gripped by unstable guilt. Buy a new car, feel guilty. Take a vacation, feel guilty. Go on vacation or sleep in, you got it. Feel guilty.

Then Covid hit, and the world went into lock down, and I really started to think about what was important to me. If life as I knew it could come to a screeching halt in a breath, I realized it was time to start being more on purpose with my choices, and my mental and emotional energy.

My sister and I started talking more and more about this concept of guilt being the price we felt we had to pay for indulging. Watch our podcast to see our evolution from constantly guilty to constantly joyous! Come back and let us know what you think!
